High Season: January 4 - April 30  US $225 per night with two guests, add US $25 for additional guests per night

Peak Season: December 17 - January 3 US $300 per night with two guests, add US $25 for additional guests per night

Low Season: May 1 - December 16 (except Thanksgiving Week) US $185 per night with two guests, add $25 for additional guests per night.

One free night with a 7 night stay.

A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed for cleaning needed as a result of smoking in the unit.
