We use the Microsoft Office Professional, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio for most activities. We use Minitab for complex statistical analysis and for Design of Experiments. You always get the “A-Team”. We customize training for each individual organization. Clients such as 3M, Ecolab, BI Performance, Corixa, and EMA have improved processes and projects with the help of OMM Services. We have even applied parts of our LSS+ process for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance assessments. Over the years, we have served clients in a variety of industries, including: - Industrial Manufacturing - Information Technology - Warehousing and logistics - Medical products and pharmaceuticals - Utilities (Control Systems) Robert Skrentner, OMM's founder and President, has over 35 years experience in helping companies achieve their goals. Process thinking is Bob's forte. Bob uses his broad quality management and executive leadership experience and hia personal energy to facilitate process and project improvement efforts with his clients. Bob holds and bachelor and masters degrees in engineering. He is a registered control systems engineer, a PMI certified Project Management Professional, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a former Kepner-Tregoe client instructor.
